Currently, we are looking for a remote .NET Development Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Architectural leadership
- Opportunities to innovation and radical changes
- Implement new technologies, methodology, best practices
- Orchestrate the grand platform r/evolution or migration
- Help for project leadership to foster performance and complexity improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in .NET Development
- 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong Common sense approach
- Extensive experience working with .NET technologies, MS Azure
- Permission, Security (Roles, access management) models
- Demonstrable design knowledge, including API design principles, data driven systems and similar design patterns and techniques
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
- Experience with applying architecture & working in an agile environment
- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
- Efficient communication skills, comfortable to present technical information to a non-technical audience
- Creativity
- English B2 and above
