Support the Growth Acquisition Team
Define and deliver end-to-end content strategy for product experiences
Conduct content audits and competitive evaluations
Perform heuristic assessments of product content usability/accessibility
Develop concepts and plans for content experimentation
Create polished presentations in Figma and PPT
Apply human-centered design methods to write, test, and deliver in-product content
Produce content wireframes, sketches, and empathy maps
Document voice flows and ML/AI prompts and guardrails
Write long-form articles for Help Center and Destination Guides
Contribute to the client's Design System by establishing content standards
Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners
Define content workflows, best practices, and mapping for new product experiences
Prepare and facilitate workshops
Present content critiques and stakeholder reviews using Figma flows and PPT

requirements

3+ years of experience in Content Design
Expertise in writing product UI content in American English
Ability to utilize various content strategy/design frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Figma and related content-specific plug-ins
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
Competent in facilitation and workshopping
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
Knowledge of AI/ML for content design, including NLU and prompt engineering
Strong relationship-building skills
Embraces a growth mindset and first-principles thinking
Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Localization, Content Platform)
Fluent English communication skills at a С1 level
