We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Support Consultant (SD/LE) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert support and consultancy services for our SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives. responsibilities

Communicate with customers to gather relevant requirements
Analyze business requirements to envision solution design
Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain functionality
Create project documentation, including training and education materials for users
Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions
Manage OrgStructure setup and order management processes
Oversee ATP, pricing, outputs, and printing forms
Handle OTC process, returns, and special processes (customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing)
Integrate interfaces such as Idocs and 3PL
Implement enhancement techniques (user exit, enhancement points, Badi)
Work both independently and as part of an international project team
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

requirements

Core knowledge of specific business domain processes
3+ years of experience in SAP SD areas, including OrgStructure setup, order management, ATP, pricing, outputs, and printing forms
Expertise in OTC process, returns, and special processes like customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing
Proficiency in interfaces (Idocs, etc.) and 3PL integration
Experience with enhancement techniques (user exit, enhancement points, Badi)
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of an international project team
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively
Excellent documentation and training material development skills
Strong customer service orientation
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
