We are seeking a Tech Lead Java/AI with experience in Insurance to guide cross-vendor development teams in delivering robust insurance applications and platforms. This role emphasizes leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions.
Чим ви будете займатися у цій ролі
- Lead cross-vendor development teams to deliver insurance applications and platforms
- Promote continuous improvement, mentorship and knowledge sharing within teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
- Maintain communication with QA, BA and management stakeholders
- Coordinate with project management and vendor teams for timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive insurance solution design and implementation using Java, SQL and Microservices
- Participate in coding, review pull requests and contribute to the codebase
- Ensure integration with external systems and APIs
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, functionality and integrations
- Design and optimize SQL database schemas
- Safeguard data integrity, security and efficient data retrieval
Навички
- Proficiency in Java and SQL
- Background in insurance domain
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML solutions (including generative AI) to optimize development processes and enhance insurance products
- Expertise in Microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Understanding of design patterns and software delivery practices
- Experience with Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Residence in Ukraine required for remote work eligibility
