We are seeking a Tech Lead - Golang to drive the design, development, and delivery of a high-performance ecosystem centered on automated processing, backend services, agent chat, and back-office interfaces. This role will guide technology selection and best practices while ensuring seamless operational flow and next-generation engagement through robust, scalable Go-based solutions.

- Design and build Go-based ingestion services to handle high-concurrency document uploads (PDFs, spreadsheets, API payloads) utilizing Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing
- Architect robust connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from diverse channels (APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers)
- Route ingested documents efficiently to downstream OCR and AI engines
- Own the "Order & Cart Construction" and downstream integration layers
- Ensure reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders (150+ lines) to ERPs and e-commerce platforms
- Lead a team of Go engineers and enforce high-quality coding standards
- Conduct deep design and code reviews
- Manage CI/CD pipelines
Навички
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go Core and Go Language
- Familiarity with Google Agent Development Kit
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Background in designing high-concurrency, stream-based processing systems
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
