- Design agentic automation solutions on the UiPath platform for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard
- Build workflows, agents, reusable activities, business rules, and orchestration components
- Implement CLM automation for contract intake, review, routing, approval, amendment, renewal, and termination
- Develop document-processing components for classification, extraction, validation, and audit evidence
- Implement SaaS Management automations for purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data extraction, renewal alerts, and spend-review workflows
- Develop AccessGuard workflows for access certifications, review campaigns, approval routing, escalations, and segregation-of-duties automation
- Integrate with enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service with secure authentication and credential handling
- Define human-in-the-loop steps for validation, exceptions, approvals, and sensitive decisions with clear agent guardrails
- Ensure AI-generated outputs are reviewable, traceable, and auditable within program requirements
- Follow program reference architecture and engineering standards and contribute reusable technical patterns
- Translate user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria into technical designs and working automations
- Review inherited prototypes and components for maintainability, security, technical debt, and architectural alignment

- 3+ years of UiPath development experience
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Agent Builder and UiPath Maestro
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with Tech Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project delivery skills in agile ceremonies including estimation, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
- Solid integration skills with APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service
- Strong engineering skills in workflow orchestration, error handling, retries, and monitoring
- Strong AI governance and guardrails mindset for auditable, traceable AI outputs and human oversight
- Strong security skills in identity, access control, credential management, and data protection
- Strong documentation skills for clean, modular, maintainable workflows and reusable components
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
