Знайти мою роль →We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own the quality strategy and automation architecture for web platforms, using Playwright and JavaScript as core tools. This role goes beyond test implementation: the Senior QE defines quality standards, drives automation strategy, mentors others, and ensures quality scales with platform complexity.

- Drive adoption of shift-left testing practices
- Design and own end-to-end automation strategy using Playwright and JavaScript
- Define automation architecture, patterns and best practices
- Ensure scalable, maintainable and performant test suites
- Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
- Implement and oversee UI, API and integration tests
- Design test strategies for complex user journeys and integrations
- Handle test data management and environment orchestration
- Ensure coverage of non-functional requirements (reliability, usability, performance awareness)
- Lead code reviews for test automation code, eliminate flaky tests and improve test execution reliability
- Mentor mid-level and junior Quality Engineers and act as the quality authority within the team
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Delivery leaders on release readiness, identify quality risks early and support root-cause analysis
Навички
- Ability to work according to a schedule until 21:00–22:00 (Kyiv time)
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
- Hands-on expertise in Playwright at scale and advanced proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architectures
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Deep experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of test architecture, test data and environment management
- Proven experience acting as a Senior QE or Automation Lead
- Experience in complex, enterprise-scale platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
