We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives on technical investigation, customer-facing interaction, and challenging requirements-gathering processes. This role involves developing a new FE application in the healthcare domain that will replace an existing legacy application, working closely with a team.

- Discover and document the functions of the existing system and business processes
- Drive features throughout the life cycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes inside the Team
- Communicate with the business and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with UX Designers for UI modeling/wireframing
- Develop product & requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
- Play the role of Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
- Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of the captured requirements
- Contribute to Team's DoRs and DoDs
- Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items
- Communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve the desired business goal
Навички
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in English (B2 and higher), written and spoken
- Background in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
- Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Understanding of system integration concepts
- Expertise in web applications design
- Skills in critical thinking with a customer-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative approach
- Capability to dig into data to validate assumptions
- Showcase of stress resilience and a can-do attitude
