We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Чим ви будете займатися у цій ролі
- Use Claude Code (or similar agentic AI coding tool) daily for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and code explanation
- Provide clear project context - CLAUDE.md, relevant files, constraints - and iterate multi-turn to obtain usable output
- Review and verify AI-generated code, recognize hallucinations, and validate against requirements and existing patterns
- Understand business context and user needs to shape solution design
- Work independently on well-defined tasks with strong attention to code quality
- Apply clean code principles and best practices throughout development
- Collaborate as part of a team, incorporate feedback constructively, and communicate effectively
- Implement and maintain microservices and web services within the broader system architecture
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies within a Scrum/Kanban team
Навички
- 2-4 years of professional Java development experience
- Proficiency in the Spring framework (Core, MVC, Boot)
- Understanding of microservices architecture fundamentals
- Familiarity with messaging/event streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hubs preferred)
- Skills in implementing WebServices (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum/Kanban team
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous learning
