We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to support and maintain business process automation solutions on the Appian platform, with a primary focus on design, development, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery.
This role ensures the stability and health of the production environment while building scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Appian best practices, working closely with business stakeholders, production users, and cross-functional teams to customize platform capabilities and deliver effective process automation outcomes.

- Conduct incident resolutions
- Facilitate building enhancements
- Ensure the stability and health of the production environment
- Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance
- Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Customize Appian solutions to address business needs and platform limitations
- Ensure adherence to Appian development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration
Навички
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of Appian objects such as Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, and Rules
- Expertise in customizing Appian to address platform limitations
- Familiarity with Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
