We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Business Solution Architect to support Salesforce-based transformation initiatives in regulated industries.

This role requires strong client partnership, consulting, stakeholder management, and solution-shaping skills. The candidate should be comfortable working with business and technology stakeholders to understand complex business processes, define requirements, identify solution options, and help translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and COTS-based solutions.

Depending on seniority, the role may be positioned as either:

  • Salesforce Business Analyst — focused on requirements discovery, process analysis, documentation, user stories, and delivery support
  • Salesforce Business Solution Architect — focused on solution framing, business process design, functional architecture, cross-platform alignment, and consultative guidance to the client

Experience in Life Sciences GTM is a strong nice-to-have, especially in areas such as commercial operations, sales force enablement, CRM transformation, customer engagement, field operations, or medical/commercial processes. Exposure to Veeva, Trueblue, IQVIA, or similar Life Sciences / regulated industry platforms would be valuable.

The ideal candidate is a client-facing Salesforce BA or Business Solution Architect who can combine business analysis, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and solution thinking. They should be able to build trust with client stakeholders, understand regulated business environments, translate complex processes into clear requirements, and help shape Salesforce-based solutions that are practical, scalable, and compliant.

For candidates positioned as Business Solution Architect, the following experience is especially important:

  • Ability to connect business processes with Salesforce solution capabilities
  • Experience shaping functional solution design across Salesforce and integrated enterprise/COTS platforms
  • Ability to define high-level solution options and explain trade-offs to business stakeholders
  • Experience identifying upstream/downstream dependencies, data flows, integration touchpoints, and operational impacts
  • Ability to support or lead discovery and solution design workshops
  • Strong ability to advise clients on process improvements, platform usage, and scalable business solution patterns
  • Experience collaborating with technical architects to ensure business requirements are reflected in the final solution design

  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals, operational challenges, current-state processes, and regulatory constraints
  • Act as a trusted consultant by helping clients structure ambiguity, clarify priorities, and define practical solution approaches
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping sessions, and solution clarification discussions
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and support documentation
  • Analyze business processes and Salesforce capabilities to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Support solution design by providing business context, functional recommendations, and process impact analysis
  • For BSA-level candidates: help shape functional solution architecture across Salesforce and connected COTS platforms
  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Product Owners / Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and client-side SMEs
  • Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, defect triage, and business validation
  • Ensure requirements and proposed solutions are aligned with compliance expectations in regulated environments
  • Help prepare training materials, release notes, user documentation, and change enablement assets
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, structured analysis, and partnership-oriented delivery

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, Business Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, CRM Consultant, or similar role
  • Experience working on Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise platform transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including configuration concepts, data model, user journeys, workflows/flows, reporting, and role-based access
  • Experience working in regulated industries, such as: Life Sciences; Pharma; Healthcare; Medical Devices; Financial Services Insurance; Other compliance-driven enterprise environments
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and functional documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and delivery-ready backlog items
  • Strong consulting mindset: ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, structure complexity, and recommend practical next steps
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, impact analysis, solution assessment, and functional specification creation
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to balance business value, compliance requirements, platform feasibility, and user experience
