We are seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily office operations, provide high-quality service to employees and visitors, and support the coordination of administrative processes.

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and well-organized professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a positive office atmosphere.

  • Manage office documentation and maintain correspondence records
  • Coordinate the sending and receiving of documents, parcels, and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to employees and office guests
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure visitor access arrangements
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain records of office supplies, lockers, library items, and branded materials
  • Process internal employee requests
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment
Навички
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Higher education degree
  • English at A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and office equipment
  • Understanding of basic office procedures, business etiquette, and formal correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
