We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer (Service Cloud) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and product managers to design and implement innovative solutions that drive the evolution of our global commercial systems and ensure customer satisfaction in an ever-evolving marketplace.

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Drive the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud with a focus on Flows and their limitations
  • Utilize Apex, Aura/LWC and Visualforce to create scalable and efficient solutions
  • Ensure code quality through test-driven development and adherence to best practices
  • Oversee integrations with REST APIs and external systems
  • Foster a collaborative and adaptive team environment through feedback and communication
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools
  • Utilize tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Team City and Octopus to streamline delivery
Навички
  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce and Force.com platform with a focus on Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Apex, Aura/LWC and Visualforce development following best practices
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and REST API integration
  • Strong analysis and communication skills to understand business needs and drive solutions
  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder)
  • Background in Salesforce CPQ implementation and best practices
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows including constraints and appropriate use cases
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
