Talent Acquisition Research
We are looking for a Junior/Middle IT Researcher to join our Recruitment Department and support the search and engagement of top IT talent across multiple channels.
Чим ви будете займатися у цій ролі
- Search for a wide range of IT professionals, including engineers, testers, developers, managers and architects
- Search for talent using several channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, and internal database
- Create a wide talent pool and update the CV search database
- Communicate with candidates on a daily basis and guide them through the sourcing process
- Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
- Create informed market research and comprehensive competitor analysis
- Work closely with other members of the recruitment team
- Support employer branding strategies
- Seek new ways and sources to recruit candidates
Навички
- Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT talent pool
- Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Interest in new sourcing and recruiting trends and social media
- Highly results-oriented mindset
- Very good communication and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and keep high-quality database records
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Good spoken and written English
