EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and we're seeking professionals skilled in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. You'll collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver business-critical solutions for enterprise customers, helping organizations accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation.

- Take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution envisioning sessions
- Define application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture
- Drive architecture governance and technical standards
- Design Copilot, agent-based, and AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio
- Support estimations, proposals, and pre-sales activities
- Mentor engineering and consulting teams
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and business sponsors
Навички
- 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
- Background in Solution Architecture for enterprise initiatives
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Solid understanding of Azure integration and security concepts
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Capability to spot AI-enabled business opportunities
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity or development tools
- Experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents is a plus
