AI Solution Engineering
EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and the company is seeking professionals skilled in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. Successful candidates will collaborate with international teams to deliver essential business solutions for enterprise clients, supporting organizations in speeding up their AI adoption and digital transformation journeys.

- Take ownership of complete solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects
- Facilitate discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and guide solution envisioning sessions
- Establish application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture frameworks
- Enforce architecture governance and maintain technical standards
- Create Copilot, agent-based, and AI-driven solutions through Copilot Studio
- Assist with estimations, proposals, and pre-sales efforts
- Guide and develop engineering and consulting teams
- Partner with executive stakeholders and business sponsors
Навички
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
- Background in Solution Architecture for large-scale enterprise projects
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Solid grasp of Azure integration and security principles
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and governance practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles
- Background using AI-powered productivity or development tools
- Experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents is beneficial
