We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with a strong financial background to support operational excellence, ensure compliance, and drive effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, accountable approach to delivering results.

- Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed correctly per contractual and regulatory-based best practices
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to interact, engage, influence, and maintain credibility at all levels. Demonstrate confident communication skills and energy
- Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement or revision
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve medium-complexity issues involving stakeholders, and escalate to an appropriate level when required
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with onboarding/compliance team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
- Manage and execute contractual compliance activities for key accounts
- Work with the Delivery Management organization to ensure projects are properly planned and tracked
Навички
- 2+ years of experience in Finance / Analytics / Project management or similar role, preferably in an international environment
- Degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related field
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- At least basic understanding of Corporate Finance, previous experience with company/department P&L analysis is very desirable
- Highly detail-oriented, organizational and analytical skills
