Business Analysis
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong e-commerce experience and platform knowledge to join our team and help drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions.

- Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and analyse business needs, objectives, and processes
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and capture comprehensive and accurate business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Apply requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation to support project delivery
- Manage multiple requirements and priorities using strong organisational skills
- Navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities with flexibility and adaptability
- Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through effective communication
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
Навички
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects
- Experience in the digital marketing domain (content management solutions, PIM, DAM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts
- Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, clear understanding of the differences and complexity
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requirements and priorities
- Experience with Agile framework
- Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
- English: B2 and higher
