We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join our team.
This position involves managing and improving travel arrangements while ensuring alignment with company policies. You will work closely with employees and vendors to provide seamless travel solutions and address any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for regional travel needs, including handling complex travel arrangements
- Promote adherence to company travel policies by offering employees practical, locally informed guidance
- Manage and optimize travel bookings using Concur Travel & Expense, troubleshooting any system-related problems
- Guide employees on expense submission processes to encourage better compliance and understanding
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors to improve the quality of travel services and resolve issues or inquiries
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel management or expense processing
- Solid understanding of LATAM travel regulations and cultural/local considerations
- Hands-on experience with booking and expense platforms such as Concur or similar tools
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Portuguese
- Background in supporting multinational or multi-country travel operations
- Understanding of LATAM-specific reporting standards
- Familiarity with internal controls and auditing procedures
- Experience in data analysis and generating travel-related reports
