We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to become an integral part of our team.
This role involves optimizing travel processes and ensuring adherence to company policies, while fostering effective collaboration with team members and vendors to deliver seamless travel solutions. You will play a key role in addressing travel-related challenges and enhancing employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for regional travel requests and coordination of complex itineraries
- Promote compliance with company travel policies by providing employees with tailored guidance based on local expertise
- Manage and optimize travel bookings using Concur Travel & Expense, troubleshooting system-related issues when necessary
- Provide clear training to employees on expense submission processes to boost compliance and understanding
- Work closely with local vendors to elevate service quality and address any questions or concerns
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel management or expense processing
- Deep understanding of LATAM travel regulations and local cultural considerations
- Skilled in using tools such as Concur or other booking and expense management platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) at a B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Portuguese
- Background in supporting operations across multiple countries or multinational organizations
- Familiarity with LATAM-specific reporting standards
- Understanding of audit procedures and internal controls
- Experience in data analysis and generating reports
