We are actively looking for a Travel Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee and optimize travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with employees and vendors to deliver exceptional travel experiences and resolve any challenges that arise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for regional travel needs, including managing complex travel arrangements
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies by providing employees with optimized guidance tailored to local expertise
- Oversee and maximize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, resolving system-related issues as they arise
- Educate employees on expense submission policies to improve compliance and provide greater clarity
- Collaborate with local vendors to enhance the quality of travel services and address any issues or broader inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel management and/or expense processing
- Strong familiarity with LATAM travel regulations and cultural/local nuances
- Proficiency with tools such as Concur or similar booking and expense platforms
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English and Spanish skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations
- Familiarity with LATAM-specific reporting practices
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
