We are looking for a Chief Business Analyst to join our team. As a Chief Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the strategic business analysis and product ownership initiatives within the digital banking domain. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of business-critical projects and ensuring the alignment of business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee strategic business analysis and product ownership initiatives within the digital banking domain
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives and market insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technology capabilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to a team of business analysts
  • Drive the successful delivery of business-critical projects, ensuring the alignment of business and technology objectives
  • Leverage industry best practices and methodologies to enhance business analysis processes and outcomes
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technology stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the business analysis function
  • Ensure the successful implementation of digital banking solutions and products
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Chief Business Analyst or similar leadership role in the digital banking sector
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Digital Product Owner leading one’s own Scrum delivery team for digital products and services
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical (Engineering, Computer Science) or business field
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with digital banking platforms and products
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Proven track record of delivering business-critical projects within the digital banking industry
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the business analysis function
  • English B2+
