We are seeking a Systems Architect to drive the modernization of endpoints and core Microsoft 365 services, focusing on delivering innovative Modern Work solutions for customer projects and contributing to the Microsoft Competency Center.
This role combines pre-sales solutioning, technical leadership, and practice enablement to accelerate organizational capability and client success.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities for Modern Workforce projects involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop
- Analyze customer business requirements and develop conceptual architecture aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses by designing value-driven solutions and defining implementation approaches, effort estimates, and architecture justification
- Design Modern Work solutions centered around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop to enhance collaboration, productivity, and security; lead project teams to implement these solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft cloud standards
- Implement PoC or MVP to validate proposed architectures and demonstrate business value
- Ensure successful delivery by providing architecture oversight, governance, and alignment with enterprise IT and security standards
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experience and adoption of Microsoft AI Business Solutions
- Co-lead the Modern Work and contribute to Security expert community within the Microsoft Competency Center
- Share architectural insights, reusable assets, and reference implementations to accelerate delivery and innovation
- Mentor engineers and consultants to strengthen organizational capability in designing and implementing Modern Workplace based Microsoft technologies
- Develop solution offerings, blueprints, and delivery accelerators focused on Modern Workplace based Microsoft technologies
- Contribute to Microsoft Practice Enablement initiatives to Modern Workplace competencies across the organization
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and internal stakeholders to align new offerings with Microsoft’s evolving roadmap and co-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in system architecture or related roles
- Expertise in at least two of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams
- Advanced skills in at least two of Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft Intune
- Advanced skills at Entra ID including Hybrid implementation with Active Directory and Premium features such as Conditional Access, PIM
- Intermediate level skills with Azure Infrastructure services and DevOps practices
- Experience with project management methodologies
Nice to have
- Intermediate level skills at Microsoft Defender, Purview DLP
- Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security Services
- Familiarity with AI Agentic Concept and Prompt Engineering
- Practitioner at Adoption and Change management methodology such as PROSCI ADKAR
