We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide essential IT support to employees. The position is based exclusively in our Warsaw office.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to end users both onsite and remotely
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners
- Communicate effectively with service providers and network engineers
- Maintain and support meeting room technology
- Ensure ticket response times and service level agreements are met
- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Manage incident tickets and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee server room maintenance
- Handle IT equipment cabling and organization
- Adhere to all IT-related work instructions and protocols
- Maintain and update hardware inventory records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Solid understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Friendly and approachable attitude, eager to assist employees with IT issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing challenges
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Follow guidance and instructions from direct supervisors
- Capable of working to meet established deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar IT service management tools
- Understanding of IT security principles
- Fluent Polish language skills
- Experience working with MacOS and Linux systems
