Responsibilities
  • Assist end users onsite and remotely with various IT issues
  • Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, printers, and scanners
  • Liaise with service providers and network engineers to resolve issues
  • Support meeting room technology and ensure functionality
  • Meet response times and service level agreements for support tickets
  • Install and troubleshoot software applications
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets swiftly
  • Maintain server room operations and upkeep
  • Organize and handle IT equipment cabling
  • Follow IT work instructions and protocols strictly
  • Keep hardware inventory records current
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Good knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong willingness to help users
  • Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving challenges
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Capability to follow directions from supervisors
  • Reliability in meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate level English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Experience with IT service management tools such as HPAM, HPSM, or ServiceNOW
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals
  • Fluency in Polish language
  • Familiarity with MacOS and Linux operating systems
