Responsibilities
  • Provide user support onsite and remotely
  • Install and configure hardware, including printers and scanners
  • Communicate with network engineers and service providers
  • Support meeting room technology systems
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and ticket response times
  • Install and troubleshoot various software applications
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets efficiently
  • Maintain server room operations
  • Organize IT equipment cabling
  • Follow all IT-related instructions and protocols
  • Keep hardware inventory records updated
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT support
  • Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Friendly and approachable with a helpful attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to follow supervisor guidance
  • Meet deadlines reliably
  • Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools like HPAM, HPSM, or ServiceNOW
  • Knowledge of IT security fundamentals
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
