We are seeking a Support Specialist to provide essential IT assistance to our staff from our Warsaw office. Responsibilities
  • Deliver IT support to end users onsite and remotely
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
  • Communicate with network engineers and external service providers
  • Maintain technology in meeting rooms
  • Ensure timely response to tickets and compliance with service agreements
  • Install and resolve software issues
  • Handle incident tickets efficiently
  • Support maintenance of server room
  • Manage IT equipment cabling and tidiness
  • Adhere to all IT procedures and instructions
  • Update hardware inventory regularly
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • Sound understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Approachable personality with a helpful attitude
  • Good communication and analytic problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Follow supervisory guidance
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • Intermediate English language proficiency
Nice to have
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
  • Knowledge of IT service management platforms like HPAM, HPSM, or ServiceNOW
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts
  • Polish language fluency
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux environments
