Responsibilities
- Drive staffing for multiple teams/units (tech/dev roles)
- We have a centralized staffing model so you will work closely with people managers and team leads to understand demand across all opportunities. You will also develop staffing solutions based on prioritization, aligning team members with the right fit for their career growth and overall business strategies
- Create weekly reports used in check-ins with team leads to make staffing decisions
- Identify priority positions and drive their staffing with the respective recruiters, delivery managers, account managers, people managers, Internal Mobility, and other staffing coordinators
- Develop a staffing plan and drive its execution with the help of involved parties
- Develop creative approaches to staffing critical positions and discuss rotations from other projects
- Validate demand with business and clarify all needed details
- Ensure data quality is updated in the Staffing Desk (internal tool)
- Cooperate with WPM to ensure aligned processes and goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills: ability to present and negotiate complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary, resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
- Experience in Staffing, or similar position: good understanding of the modern IT landscape, major technology stacks, programming languages, and frameworks
- English level B2+/C1
- Good Excel skills
- Attentiveness to details, friendly, polite attitude, strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary
- Stress tolerance: flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timelines and changing priorities
