We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative low-code and agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. This role is pivotal in driving value-centric solutions while fostering collaboration across technical and business stakeholders to enable seamless user experiences through Microsoft-powered AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities for projects involving Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot-based solutions
- Analyze customer business requirements, map them to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities, and develop conceptual and technical architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses by designing value-driven solutions and defining implementation approaches, effort estimates, and architectural justifications
- Design and architect low-code agents and agentic solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 services, and Dataverse, ensuring integration with customer data and third-party systems
- Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft cloud standards
- Implement proof-of-concepts (PoC) or minimum viable products (MVP) to validate proposed architectures and demonstrate business value
- Ensure successful project delivery by overseeing architecture, governance, and alignment with enterprise IT and security standards
- Partner with business stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences and drive adoption of Microsoft AI Business Solutions
- Co-lead the Modern Work and Power Platform expert community within the Microsoft Competency Center
- Share architectural insights, reusable assets, and reference implementations to accelerate delivery and foster innovation
- Mentor engineers and consultants to strengthen organizational capability in low-code and agentic solution delivery
- Develop solution offerings, blueprints, and delivery accelerators focused on agentic solutions powered by Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
- Contribute to Microsoft Practice Enablement initiatives aimed at expanding low-code and AI-driven capabilities across the organization
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and internal stakeholders to align new offerings with Microsoft’s evolving roadmap and co-sell opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in systems architecture or related roles
- Advanced-level skills in at least two of the following: Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Platform, Power Apps, or Power Automate
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and grounding techniques for Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID concepts
- Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices, and SDLC
- Knowledge of application and data integration implementation (e.g., APIs, OAuth, etc.)
- Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
Nice to have
- Understanding AI agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and protocols such as MCP for integrating custom agents and data sources
- Experience in data retrieval and integration using Microsoft Search, Graph Connectors, and Azure OpenAI with RAG patterns
- Data modeling in Dataverse, including security models, relationships, and managed solutions
- Practitioner in Adoption and Change Management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security Services
