We are seeking a Solution Architect II with expertise in .NET, Angular, and Mobile Native development to join our team.
This role will involve developing and maintaining architecture governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize architecture principles and standards, and lead the design and implementation of architecture governance processes to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architecture governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize architecture principles and standards
- Lead the design and implementation of architecture governance processes
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on architecture governance best practices
- Evaluate and assess architectural designs and solutions against established governance criteria
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to identify gaps, issues, and areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of architecture governance practices
- Act as a subject matter expert on architecture governance topics
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders to promote a cohesive and standardized approach to architecture governance
- Coordinate the Architecture Review Board and provide proof for the signoffs and approvals for the ITPMO
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- At least 2 year of experience as a Software Architect
- At least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- Proficiency in .NET, Angular, and Mobile Native development
- Strong understanding of architecture governance frameworks and best practices
- Ability to lead architecture governance processes and provide guidance to project teams
- Proven track record of evaluating and assessing architectural designs and solutions against governance criteria
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert on architecture governance topics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in Retail Banking domain is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Greek language
