We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect II specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This role focuses on implementing IAM solutions with SailPoint, integrating third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and defining IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SailPoint and the capability to advance IAM strategies through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design IAM solutions using SailPoint, integrated with third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
  • Create APIs to ensure smooth integration and enhance functionality across systems
  • Lead strategy discussions and provide guidance on IAM best practices, including federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Manage the lifecycle of identity solutions, including tasks like onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
  • Develop and optimize IAM policies that align with security, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development
  • At least 2 years serving as a Software Architect
  • Expertise in SailPoint IAM technologies and integration with third-party applications
  • Proficiency in API management and development with languages such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Strong familiarity with security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization techniques
  • Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills coupled with project management capabilities
  • Upper-intermediate English communication proficiency (B2+)

  • Background in Architecture Governance principles and frameworks
  • Proficiency in Process Design techniques
