We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect II with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This position involves implementing IAM solutions with SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing IAM standards and processes. The perfect candidate will bring extensive knowledge of SailPoint and a capability to drive IAM strategies through innovative technologies and approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Design effective IAM solutions using SailPoint while integrating third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce
  • Build APIs to enable seamless integration and enhance system functionality
  • Provide leadership in technical strategy and offer guidance on IAM best practices, including federation protocols like SAML and OAuth to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • Manage lifecycle activities for identity solutions, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
  • Develop and optimize IAM policies to align with security, efficiency, and compliance standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • At least 2 years serving as a Software Architect
  • Expertise in SailPoint IAM implementations and third-party application integrations
  • Proficiency in API management and development with languages such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and competency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • In-depth understanding of cryptography, security protocols, authentication, and authorization techniques
  • Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities coupled with project management experience
  • Upper-intermediate English skills (B2+)

  • Familiarity with Architecture Governance principles
  • Proficiency in Process Design methodologies
