We are searching for a highly qualified Solution Architect II with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This role focuses on deploying IAM solutions through SailPoint, designing integrations with third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing robust IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SailPoint and a proven ability to elevate IAM strategies using cutting-edge technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint while integrating third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
  • Develop APIs to facilitate seamless integration and improve system functionality
  • Take a leadership role in strategy discussions and offer guidance on IAM best practices, including federation protocols like SAML and OAuth to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • Oversee identity lifecycle activities, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding for all solutions
  • Craft and refine IAM policies to ensure alignment with security, operational, and compliance standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years of background in software development
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
  • Expertise in SailPoint IAM solutions with integration of third-party applications
  • Proficiency in API development and management using programming languages such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • In-depth familiarity with security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization
  • Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with project management expertise
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills (B2+)
