Solution Architect II

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect II specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This role requires deploying IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations with third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and developing thorough IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SailPoint and the capability to advance IAM strategies through innovative technologies and approaches.
Responsibilities
- Design IAM solutions using SailPoint while integrating third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
- Develop APIs to enable seamless system integration and optimize functionality
- Provide technical leadership during strategy discussions and advise on IAM best practices, including federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities
- Establish and enhance IAM policies that align with security, operational efficiency, and compliance objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience in a Software Architect position
- Expertise in SailPoint IAM technologies with third-party application integration
- Proficiency in API development and management using languages like Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Understanding of microservices architecture and competency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with cryptography, security protocols, authentication, and authorization techniques
- Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills paired with project management capabilities
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
