We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect II with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This role involves implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing comprehensive IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SailPoint and a strategic approach to advancing IAM practices through innovative solutions and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Design SailPoint-based IAM solutions integrated with third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
  • Create APIs to support seamless integrations and enhance system functionality
  • Provide leadership in strategy discussions and advise on IAM best practices, including the use of federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Oversee the identity lifecycle management process, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
  • Develop IAM policies that align with security, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • At least 2 years of work in a Software Architect position
  • Expertise in implementing SailPoint IAM solutions and integrating third-party applications
  • Proficiency in API creation and management using languages like Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of microservices design and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in cloud ecosystems, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • In-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
  • Experience with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced problem-solving skills alongside project management expertise
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)

  • Familiarity with Architecture Governance frameworks
  • Proficiency in Process Design techniques
