We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect II specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This role requires managing and deploying IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party customer systems like Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing IAM standards and processes. We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise in SailPoint and the ability to enhance IAM strategies through innovative technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
  • Deploy APIs to ensure seamless integration and optimize functionality across various systems
  • Guide strategy discussions and provide technical leadership on IAM best practices, including federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • Manage identity solutions lifecycle, covering onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and refine IAM policies to align with security, operational, and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • At least 2 years in a Software Architect role
  • Expertise in implementing SailPoint IAM solutions and integrating third-party applications
  • Proficiency in API development and management, particularly with languages such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security principles
  • Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities, with project management expertise
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
