We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect II with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.

This role involves implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing comprehensive IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SailPoint and a strategic approach to advancing IAM practices through innovative solutions and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Design IAM solutions with SailPoint, integrating major third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
  • Deploy APIs to enable seamless system integrations and enhance operational functionality
  • Lead strategy discussions and provide technical guidance on IAM best practices, including federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • Manage lifecycle processes for identity solutions, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
  • Develop and optimize IAM policies to comply with security, efficiency, and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • At least 2 years in a Software Architect role
  • Expertise in implementing SailPoint IAM solutions and integrating third-party applications
  • Proficiency in API development and management, particularly with languages such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security principles
  • Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities, with project management expertise
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
