Solution Architect II

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect II specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. This role requires managing and deploying IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party customer systems like Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing IAM standards and processes. We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise in SailPoint and the ability to enhance IAM strategies through innovative technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy effective IAM solutions using SailPoint, integrated with major third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce
- Oversee API development for seamless integration and enhanced functionality across various systems
- Act as a technical leader in strategy discussions and advise on IAM best practices, including the application of federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
- Supervise all stages of identity solutions lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Formulate, evaluate, and refine IAM policies to align with security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years in a Software Architect role
- Expertise in implementing SailPoint IAM solutions and integrating third-party applications
- Proficiency in API development and management, particularly with languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security principles
- Experience with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities, with project management expertise
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
