Solution Architect II

We are looking for a highly qualified Solution Architect II with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This role involves deploying IAM solutions using SailPoint, designing integrations for third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce, and creating comprehensive IAM standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in SailPoint and the flexibility to enhance IAM strategies through innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design SailPoint-based IAM solutions integrated with third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce
- Develop APIs to support seamless integration and improve system performance and reliability
- Provide leadership in strategy sessions and offer guidance on IAM best practices, including implementing federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities
- Manage the full identity lifecycle process, including aspects like onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Establish and refine IAM policies to align with security requirements, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
- Expertise in using SailPoint for IAM implementations and third-party system integration
- Proficiency in API development and application using languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in working with cloud infrastructures like Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Deep familiarity with security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization practices
- Experience managing directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with proficiency in project management techniques
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)

- Familiarity with Architecture Governance concepts and practices
- Proficiency in Process Design methodologies
