We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Solution Architect I with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This role focuses on implementing IAM solutions using the SailPoint product, designing integrations for third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce, and establishing comprehensive IAM standards and processes. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of SailPoint and the capability to improve our IAM strategy through innovative solutions and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design IAM solutions using SailPoint while integrating third-party systems such as Coupa and Salesforce
- Manage API development to ensure seamless integration and enhance system functionality
- Provide technical leadership during strategy discussions and offer guidance on IAM best practices, including federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
- Oversee lifecycle management for identity solutions, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Develop and refine IAM policies to align with security standards, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Background in SailPoint IAM implementations and third-party application integrations
- Proficiency in API development and management using languages like Java or Python
- Knowledge of identity federation protocols and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Qualifications in security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and system security
- Familiarity with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Competency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management practices
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
