We are in search of a Solution Architect I to enhance our remote team by driving the creation and deployment of groundbreaking solutions. As an integral member of our IT department, you will be pivotal in harmonizing technology with business objectives. Your duties will include crafting dependable architectures and ensuring their seamless integration with existing infrastructures. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who has a comprehensive understanding of diverse technologies and their potential to influence our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy scalable, effective solutions that align with business needs
- Work closely with project teams to gather requirements and provide technical direction
- Spearhead initiatives to integrate both new and existing systems effectively
- Develop tactical plans for the execution of projects and architectural advancements
- Adhere to and enforce industry standards and best practices within the architectural domain
- Mentor team members and manage their professional growth
- Assess and enhance current systems to improve efficiency and scalability
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding architectural strategies
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends that might impact the organization
- Perform evaluations of systems to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect
- At least 2 years in a leadership position, managing a team of five or more, in a Manager/Owner capacity
- Demonstrated experience participating in multiple projects across full system development lifecycles
- Proficient in PHP programming suitable for large-scale applications
- Expertise in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for application integration across diverse platforms
- Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS for sophisticated database management
- Experience in developing software using Objective-C
- Proficient in Adobe Commerce (Magento) for developing e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with Data Warehouse development and management
- Skilled in utilizing MuleSoft for creating API-led connectivity solutions
- Experienced with Adobe AEM - Sites & Assets for managing digital assets
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)
- Familiar with ADAM architecture specifically tailored for digital asset management
- Experienced in using PEGA for automating business processes
- Proficient in managing Drupal as a content management system
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
