We are seeking a Software Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will reinforce our API Architect team responsible for API Governance and support API teams in their API Lifecycle. Your expertise will be key in managing the increased workload from our rapidly growing number of APIs, ensuring value, consistency, and security throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Ensure API lifecycle aligns with the Organizational Governance Model
- Review API specifications to ensure compliance with Organizational Guidelines
- Assess API Security Model and propose actions to meet Security Guidelines
- Facilitate API Lifecycle processes across various projects
- Industrialize the API Lifecycle process
- Drive teams to meet organizational requirements in API Design and Management Best Practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance API Governance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with APIs
- 2+ years of experience designing APIs using the OpenAPI Specification standard
- At least 1 year of experience in API Governance within a large organization
- Proficiency in API Management Platforms such as Apigee or similar
- Understanding of JSON and XML data formats
- Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization Standards like OAuth2 and OIDC
- Expert level English proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing
Nice to have
- Experience with API Design Tools and Linters
- Familiarity with OpenAPI v3 Specification and Swagger 2
- Knowledge of encryption protocols such as mTLS and TLS/SSL
- Basic proficiency in French
