We are thrilled to invite a Solution Architect to strengthen our progressive team.
This role is pivotal in creating and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation and demonstrated ability to transform complex requirements into functional architecture. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success and deliver scalable, sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current technologies utilized within the company and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Document and monitor requirements necessary to execute proposed changes
- Coordinate with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware availability and functionality
- Propose and establish the framework for contributions across departments
- Address potential project challenges or constraints and actively work to resolve them
- Develop programs to monitor the security of software and the sharing of private information
- Oversee product development from inception to completion
- Draft time schedules that effectively allocate resources for project completion
- Serve as a liaison between the company’s clients and internal departments
- Contribute to the development of IT standards and practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on software engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Background in participating in at least two full-cycle projects or a range of projects covering different stages of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for designing and deploying solutions
- Familiarity with the Microservice Architecture Pattern to develop scalable and independent application components
- Skills in MongoDB for database management and deployment
- Comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively in distributed and multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving competencies for addressing technical and project-related challenges
- English fluency with B2 level proficiency or higher

- Showcase of certifications in technology architecture or project management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Capability to integrate and manage cloud services
