We are seeking a Software Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will strengthen our API Architect team, responsible for API Governance, while supporting API teams across the API Lifecycle. Your specialized skills will ensure the growing number of APIs meet principles of value, consistency, and security throughout their development. Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of API lifecycle with the Organizational Governance Model
- Review API specifications for compliance with Organizational Guidelines
- Evaluate API Security Model and recommend measures to adhere to Security Guidelines
- Facilitate projects through seamless API Lifecycle processes
- Standardize and optimize the API Lifecycle across the organization
- Advocate for organizational requirements in API Design and Management Best Practices
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen API Governance
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience with APIs
- 3+ years background in designing APIs using the OpenAPI Specification standard
- At least 2 years expertise in API Governance in a large-scale organization
- Proficiency in API Management Platforms such as Apigee or alternatives
- Understanding of JSON and XML data formats
- Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization Standards like OAuth2 and OIDC
- Expert level English proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing
Nice to have
- Background in API Design Tools and Linters
- Familiarity with OpenAPI v3 Specification and Swagger 2
- Knowledge of encryption protocols such as mTLS and TLS/SSL
- Basic qualifications in French
