We are on the lookout for a Solution Architect to enrich our remote team.

You will play a key part in crafting and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a solid technical foundation and the strategic ability to transform complex requirements into practical architecture. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success and deliver scalable, sustainable innovations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current technologies within the company and identify areas for improvement
  • Document and monitor requirements for implementing proposed updates
  • Coordinate with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware availability and functionality
  • Propose and outline the framework for contributions from various departments
  • Account for potential project challenges or constraints and focus on managing them proactively
  • Ensure software security by creating programs to monitor private information sharing
  • Oversee the product development process from start to completion
  • Draft time schedules for project completion to appropriately allocate resources
  • Act as a point of contact between the company’s clients and departments
  • Assist in creating IT standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Background in at least 2 complete project cycles or exposure to diverse phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for architecture development and solution implementation
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern applied to scalable and independent application components
  • Expertise in MongoDB for database management and deployment
  • Understanding of the full product development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for a distributed and multicultural environment
  • Competency to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively
  • B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
  • Showcase of relevant certifications in technology architecture or project management
  • Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Capability to integrate and manage cloud services
