We are on the lookout for a Solution Architect to enrich our remote team.
You will play a key part in crafting and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a solid technical foundation and the strategic ability to transform complex requirements into practical architecture. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success and deliver scalable, sustainable innovations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current technologies within the company and identify areas for improvement
- Document and monitor requirements for implementing proposed updates
- Coordinate with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware availability and functionality
- Propose and outline the framework for contributions from various departments
- Account for potential project challenges or constraints and focus on managing them proactively
- Ensure software security by creating programs to monitor private information sharing
- Oversee the product development process from start to completion
- Draft time schedules for project completion to appropriately allocate resources
- Act as a point of contact between the company’s clients and departments
- Assist in creating IT standards and guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in at least 2 complete project cycles or exposure to diverse phases of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for architecture development and solution implementation
- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern applied to scalable and independent application components
- Expertise in MongoDB for database management and deployment
- Understanding of the full product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills suitable for a distributed and multicultural environment
- Competency to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively
- B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
- Showcase of relevant certifications in technology architecture or project management
- Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Capability to integrate and manage cloud services
