Are you a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Service Desk Specialist, where you’ll be the first point of contact for EPAM employees, assisting with a variety of requests via phone, email, and web app. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with multiple support teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues, all while working flexible shifts. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent English skills (B2+), and can balance independent work with teamwork, we’d love to hear from you!
Examples of working shifts
During the weekdays:
- 9/10 am – 6/7 pm (GMT+3)
- 2 pm – 10 pm (1-2 times per month after a night shift)
- 10 pm – 7 am (1-2 times per month)
During the weekends:
- 11 am – 6 pm (1-2 times per month)
Responsibilities
- Serve as an entry point to all requests from EPAM employees
- Provide timely request fulfilment according to the workflow (training and knowledge transfer will be provided)
- Answer users’ questions via phone, email, and web app (knowledge base guide is constantly growing)
- Communicate with other teams including L2/L3 support to guarantee correct request assignment and resolution
- Be ready to work in shifts
Requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Fine organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- English level: B2 and higher
- Stress resistance and ability to adapt to changes of a different kind
