We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior UX Designer who excels in crafting user-focused designs and delivering impactful user experiences.

Utilize your skills in research and design to address complex issues within the Mortgage, Real Estate, and Property sectors. Collaborate effectively with our interdisciplinary teams to influence our products directly, achieving outstanding design solutions that fulfill user requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold and demonstrate key values such as simplicity, communication, feedback, respect, and courage
  • Contribute actively to the client's design community to enhance overall design standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, designers, and developers to create compelling user experiences
  • Execute user research, conduct testing, analyze outcomes, and disseminate insights
  • Shape product strategies through user research, customer development, and ongoing feedback
  • Create process flows, content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Guide and mentor fellow designers and spearhead UX/UI conversations
  • Promote user experience and advocate for user needs
  • Participate in UX-focused projects, manage resources, and maintain libraries and repositories of UX assets
  • Maintain and promote UX enterprise standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in professional UX design for enterprise-level products
  • Comprehensive online portfolio that demonstrates user-centric design solutions across B2B and B2C settings
  • Strong knowledge of interface design principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
  • Experience with Design Systems, design patterns, and atomic design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and XD
  • Background in Accessibility and Inclusive design
  • Background in UI Design and/or Visual Design
  • Understanding of how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS influence design decisions
Nice to have
  • Advanced certification in User Experience design
  • Experience with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
  • Multilingual capabilities
