We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our remote team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions that enhance customer interactions with our Virtual Agent UI layer and skill development system. You will use your expertise in human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering experience strategy, developing user journeys and user flows, providing wireframes for concept, prototyping for user research, and creating detailed visual and UX designs supporting tactical efforts. You will also provide governance strategy, articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements.
- Define and deliver experience strategy for Virtual Agent UI layer and skill development system
- Use human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges
- Develop User Journeys and User Flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience
- Create detailed visual and UX designs supporting tactical efforts
- Provide wireframes for concept and prototyping for user research
- Explore diverse, novel perspectives and design directions by default, and evaluate concepts using appropriate methods to determine the strongest
- Provide governance strategy, articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
- Confidently facilitate idea generation with stakeholders.
- Bring together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to identify opportunities to align goals and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.
- Consistently create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights
- Define the key goals across the design team and align with stakeholders and secondary team members
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focus on Conversational Design and related technologies
- Expertise in designing for NLU, ML/AI-driven experiences, and self-service consoles
- Demonstrated experience in developing user journeys and user flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools for effective user research
- Strong experience in visual communication and design documentation, with a deep understanding of common visual and interaction design principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges and provide optimal solutions
- Ability to create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders
- Experience in designing for chatbots and related technologies, enhancing innovative solutions within the software system
- Experience in conducting UX research and usability testing, contributing to the optimization of software solutions
