Senior Support Developer for an Information Services Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Support Developer to join our team.
The customer is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, accountants, lawyers, and tax, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory sectors.
Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd level support for business applications and environments
- Taking ownership of day-to-day customer, application and system problems as detected by monitoring and/or as escalated by Customer Service
- Working closely with system architecture leads to measure and improve reliability and performance of customer-facing application environments
- Working to improve operations of our mixed Unix, Windows and Cloud environments
- Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
- Experience with a mixed Windows/Unix/Cloud enterprise environment
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of SQL server
- English level B2+

- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
