Senior Support Developer for an Information Services Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Support Developer to join our team.

The customer is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, accountants, lawyers, and tax, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Providing 2nd level support for business applications and environments
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day customer, application and system problems as detected by monitoring and/or as escalated by Customer Service
  • Working closely with system architecture leads to measure and improve reliability and performance of customer-facing application environments
  • Working to improve operations of our mixed Unix, Windows and Cloud environments
  • Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
  • Experience with a mixed Windows/Unix/Cloud enterprise environment
  • Experience with Windows Server
  • Experience Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of SQL server
  • English level B2+
Nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
