We are inviting an expert Senior Solution Architect with a robust background in MS Dynamics 365 to join our team.
In this position, you will champion technology advancement and assist clients in their journey toward digital excellence. You’ll work alongside a worldwide network of specialists on transformative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Develop and implement integration solutions with Azure and other cloud services, ensuring alignment with organizational architecture standards
- Collaborate with diverse teams in agile environments to deliver dependable software products
- Assess intricate business needs and translate them into comprehensive architectural documentation and technical diagrams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Ensure all solutions meet industry regulations and best practices, with a focus on Financial Services
- Identify and recommend external systems and tools to enhance platform efficiency and user experience
- Contribute to the evolution of platform strategy, encourage innovation, and maintain stakeholder involvement
- Participate in the global EPAM architect community to share insights and expertise
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles
- Minimum 5 years in senior capacities such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid settings
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 40 or more individuals
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Skilled in creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales and Customer Service modules, and Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Azure, focusing on AI, automation, and integration
- Experience with large-scale CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Practical experience in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of compliance and operational standards
- Superior analytical, leadership, and communication capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and lead teams to successful outcomes
- Advanced English language skills, both oral and written
